You put the Il Fagiolo di Controne beans into the bottle with water and olive oil. Place cotton or wadded up (clean) cheese cloth in the bottle opening.
Put the bottle containing beans in a fireplace where the embers are going out (or in my case on the grill after you've finished cooking--not an electric or gas grill--like a Weber with real charcoal!).
